Jennifer Kutcher Lendler is a visionary leader and a patent-holding inventor specializing in optimization algorithms. She has over two decades of experience leading transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare, pharma, consumer retail, gaming, hospitality, media, technology, and transportation. Known for her innovative approach and ROI-driven mindset, Jennifer has consistently delivered impactful results in both consulting and senior corporate roles.

As the Founder of Alea Advisors, Jennifer advises corporate, private equity, and law firm clients on maximizing their technology investments, particularly in AI and GenAI. She has developed an AI enablement playbook and ROI metrics that bring financial discipline, AI analytics, and turnaround expertise to the forefront, helping organizations navigate the complexities of modern technology and economic challenges.

Before founding Alea Advisors, Jennifer was a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, where she led the AI & Data Strategy practice. She developed and delivered new AI-driven services and solutions, enhancing customer engagement, streamlining back-office functions, and driving digital transformation efforts across multiple sectors. Her partnership with key technology providers and her pioneering work in data commercialization.

Jennifer also made a mark at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as the Managing Director of Digital Assurance & Transparency and the AI Risk Confidence Leader. She established PwC’s AI Risk Confidence practice, designed an AI risk framework, and led AI/ML innovation within various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and consumer products.

At Comcast, as the Executive Director of AI Data Product Solutions Development, Jennifer formed and rapidly grew a team that developed nine cloud-based AI/ML software solutions. These solutions are still in use today, demonstrating her ability to build lasting and impactful products.

Jennifer’s earlier career includes roles as Senior Vice President of Operations at Coastal Development LLC, where she advised on acquisitions, turnaround strategies, and testified before the Massachusetts legislature as an operations expert, and as an Associate Vice President at Aramark, where she built the company’s first customer-focused analytics and insights team.

Jennifer holds an MBA in Statistics & Operations Research from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS in International Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. She is a certified Lean Expert Trainer and Facilitator and former adjunct professor in Operations Research & Statistics at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
